As part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV), YARD-Liberia, Inc. actively engaged the community in inclusive dialogues addressing GBV, integrating insights from both Christian and Muslim perspectives.
The initiative drew over 149 participants, fostering open conversations and promoting gender equity across diverse community groups. Through these discussions held on from November 25-December 10, 2024, participants collaboratively developed practical, community-based strategies aimed at preventing GBV and empowering vulnerable populations.
YARD-Liberia remains committed to building safer, more equitable communities where every individual can thrive, highlighting the essential role of dialogue, faith, and community action in driving sustainable change.
